Summertime wine means Txakoli! Pronounced cha-koh-lee, this a dry white wine made in the Basque region of Spain, and is traditionally poured from a Spanish carafe called a Porrón which aerates the wine in the glass. Xarmant Txakoli is dry, crisp, and offers bright acidity, perfect for Summer! Beat the heat with a table-side porrón pour! 🍷

Introducing our new five-course tasting menu for the month of May! Chef Andrew Donovan created an entirely new dish for this month’s tasting menu, the Black Tea-Brined New Zealand Red Deer, as well as offering an add on option of BMS-12 Certified Japanese A5 Wagyu NY Strip, literally the finest beef in the world.
